History of the Internet

I found this video a while back and was able to share it my the class today:

The content is good, but I was pretty intrigued by the "icons" it uses to tell the story too. It turns out this guy created a system called PICOL to communicate using this set of icons. It seems a bit overly technical to me, kind of like making up a language for the blue guys to speak in Avatar, but I like the aesthetic.
